There are many people across the world who struggle so much with weight issues. It is one of the biggest problems that many people face.
There could be a number of reasons for the struggle. It could be anything from illnesses, hormones, lack of exercise, bad eating habits but the one common result is weight gain.
Friends and relatives who want the best for these struggling people would try and come up with solutions to shed those excess weight. But sometimes it doesn’t always work and it could lead to feelings of depression and prone to sensitivity about the issue or even lack of self esteem. Nobody wants to be called fat or overweight especially when the cause of the weight gain is due to medical reasons.
What doesn’t help is the constant taunts when a weight challenged person wants to eat something. It doesn’t help if others tell them “you don’t need to put on more weight after eating that”.
You know what, nobody is perfect. So for once just let the weight challenged people deal with their problems in their own way instead of being so critical all the time. If someone you know is struggling with their weight, be kind to them..that is what they are looking for from you.
